Bengaluru clubhouses and maintenance: Are they worth it?
Clubhouse facilities are often just marketing, I swear. I'm in a 2BHK, eyeing a 3BHK or villa in Bengaluru. Visited Son Aavya Homes; green areas looked great in ads, cramped on site. Do people actually use these clubhouses daily, or are they ghost facilities? Are maintenance charges really justified for amenities no one uses? Wondering if the upgrade premium is worth it.

Meri building Adigara Kallahalli mein hai, aur humara maintenance bhi ₹5500 ke aas paas hai. Clubhouse mein sirf gym aur small party hall hai. Builder ne bola tha ki sab included hoga, but ab har cheez ke liye extra charge karte hain. Is there any way to check builder transparency on these charges beforehand?

RERA number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/200126/008411 toh hai, but still, future ka kya bharosa? Are these facilities really worth paying extra for, especially when they're not even fully ready?
Totally agree! Ye clubhouses bas brochure mein acche lagte hain. Maintenance charge toh aise lete hain jaise daily Olympics ho raha ho wahan. Son Aavya Homes ki green areas kaafi hyped hain ads mein, but site pe jaake I also felt it was a bit cramped. Pata nahi kya karen, budget pe bhi bohot pressure hai.
