Bengaluru East's Marathahalli is a buyer's trap
₹90 lakh for a 2BHK in Marathahalli seems decent, but I'm really confused after talking to a few people. First property hai, toh thoda nervous hoon. Everyone keeps saying Marathahalli achha hai for connectivity and IT hubs, which is my main requirement. But then I hear about water issues, traffic nightmares, and some projects having legal hassles with their OC/A Khata. Is this true for most of the area, ya just specific pockets? My parents are pushing for it, but I'm honestly not sure if the long-term headaches are worth the initial appeal. Kya ground reality hai? What are the biggest red flags to watch out for if I'm seriously considering a flat there? Any specific things to check before signing anything?
