₹78 lakh for a 2BHK in Panathur seems like a good deal, but yaar, the actual cost kitna zyada ho jaata hai? I'm looking at a project by Scion Projects near ORR, and the base price they quote is one thing, but then stamp duty, registration, and interior work... my head is spinning. Kya kya aur extra charges lagte hain jo builder nahi batate upfront? Like, PLC, OC charges... are these always extra? Also, site visit pe kya kya questions poochne chahiye that usually get missed? Not sure if I'm asking the right things. Any experienced folks, please share your gyaan.
