Visited Abhee Silicon Shine near Uttarahalli -Manavarthekaval last weekend. Fed up of renting yaar, finally taking the plunge. Builders ka initial quote theek lagta hai, but hidden charges kitne hote hain? Stamp duty, registration ke alawa aur kya lagta hai? Possession ke time surprise bills milte hain kya? Kitna extra budget rakhna padta hai?

Humne Adigara Kallahalli mein ek project dekha tha, wahan toh construction linked payment mein bhi hidden clauses the. Parking ke liye alag se 3-4 lakh maang liye, aur GST toh applicable hota hi hai construction cost par. Plus, jo super built-up area batate hain, actual carpet area usse bahut kam hota hai, usmein bhi thoda dhyaan dena. Totally agree! Mera bhi same experience. Builder ne bola tha all-inclusive, but end mein itna bill aaya ki loan badhana pada. Be very careful.
