posted on 6 MayBengaluru investment from Dubai: ground reality check
Since last year I'm eyeing Bengaluru properties. I'm based in Dubai, site visits are tough. Planning investment in Whitefield or Sarjapur Road. Is buying a 2BHK without visiting worth it? How do people manage rentals remotely? Power of attorney, property manager... kitna reliable hai yeh? Any trustworthy builder recommendations?

Bhai, without visiting, buying a 2BHK in Bengaluru, especially from Dubai, sounds like a huge gamble. POA ka bharosa kitna karein, that’s my biggest worry. Whitefield ya Sarjapur, both are good but site visit is a must for me. How will you even verify the property's actual condition?
Not necessarily a gamble if you do your homework. I
Sahi kaha U1. My cousin bought a plot in Aavalahalli remotely, and the builder delayed possession by 2 years. POA holder also wasn't much help, just kept giving excuses. Always have someone trustworthy on the ground, that's the only way.
