The premium for high-end amenities in Bengaluru feels like a gamble for investors these days. I'm currently in a 2BHK and planning to upgrade to a 3BHK or villa. Matlab, looking for something better for both living and future resale. I've checked out places like Sterling Ascentia, and the brochures always promise so much – awesome clubhouses, green areas, sab kuch. But my main concern as an investor is the *actual* daily utility. Is full-flat power backup a reality, ya phir sirf common areas ke liye hai? Aur water supply ka kya scene hai? Tanker dependency kitni hai? Because if these basics aren't rock solid, tenant attraction aur long-term maintenance kaafi costly ho jaati hai. Is the price jump for these 'premium' amenities really worth it for ROI? Kya aap logon ka experience hai?
