Bhai, bilkul sahi kaha! Mera bhi yahi experience raha hai. Initial quote toh bas teaser hota hai, asli picture toh possession ke paas dikhti hai.
Totally agree with U1. Sai Purvi ka to pata nahi but Prestige ke ek project mein Agrahara Layout mein, floor rise aur car parking charges ne mere budget ko almost 10% se upar kar diya tha. Builders play with these hidden charges.
