Yaar, I'm also a first-time buyer, and this dilemma is real! From Dubai, managing an under-construction project like Sobha Windsor might be a nightmare. Delays ka tension alag. Silicon Oasis ready hai, toh at least rental income immediately start ho jayega. What if Windsor gets delayed beyond 2025? My budget is tight, can't afford rent and EMI.
But isn't the appreciation potential much higher in ongoing projects? Sobha ka brand value hai, Windsor might give better returns in the long run. My uncle bought a Sobha project in Aavalahalli a few years back, and its value has almost doubled.
