Under-construction risk is completely overblown in my opinion, if you do your homework. Just moved into my place at Prestige City, Whitefield, a couple of months back. Honestly, checking the RERA registration details felt pretty straightforward, but I'm still wondering what red flags I might've missed. How do you guys really dig into a builder's past legal track record beyond just RERA? Also, what specific title verification steps do people often skip until it's too late?
