Was supposed to finalize a project in Prestige City last month but I'm stuck on legal checks. Being based in Dubai, site visits are tough, so reliance on paperwork is high. Builder ka track record online dekhna easy hai, but actual title verification ya encumbrance certificate checks kaise karte hain remotely? Not sure if RERA complaints waqai effective hain ya bas paper pe. Any specific red flags in Bengaluru I should watch out for? Especially for projects like Prestige City?

Prestige City ka toh ek issue tha na, boundary disputes ka? I vaguely remember reading about it. Jab tak paperwork clean na ho, don't proceed. For remote buyers, power of attorney bhi bahut critical hota hai. Kispe trust karoge?
Sahi keh rahe ho, boundary dispute ka suna tha. Especially Phase 1 mein kuch plots ka issue tha. Power of Attorney is a big deal, agreed. Mera cousin Adigara Kallahalli mein phasa tha aise hi.
RERA is a joke, yaar. Don't rely solely on RERA.

Prestige Group ka naam toh bada hai, 1986 se hain, HQ bhi Bengaluru mein hai, but even big builders can have issues. RERA complaints are slow, but they do create a record. Title verification ke liye local lawyer hire karna best hai, even if expensive.
