Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now I'm seriously stuck on whether Bengaluru real estate is even worth it anymore. Honestly, sab bolte hain investment ke liye sahi hai, but I think the market has totally peaked. Whitefield ya Sarjapur Road mein 2BHK ke prices ₹1.2 Cr se upar ja rahe hain, which is just insane for rental yields 3-4% waali city mein. Log Namma Metro Phase 3 ki baat karte hain, ya Airport Terminal 2 ki, but what about the insane traffic and water issues? Builders like Prestige Group aur Godrej Properties projects launch kar rahe hain, but it feels like a bubble waiting to burst. Is it really smart to buy now, ya sab FOMO mein khareed rahe hain? I feel like the appreciation potential is gone. Change my mind.

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! Main bhi Whitefield aur Sarjapur Road mein dekh raha tha, aur abhi Agrahara Layout mein bhi prices sky-high hain. Builders ke brochures dekh ke lagta hai sab gold mein tula hua hai. 1.2 Cr for a 2BHK is just too much, especially when my EMIs will be like half my salary. Mera budget 90 lakh tak ka tha, but ab toh kuch mil hi nahi raha. Lagta hai sab FOMO mein hi khareed rahe hain, ya phir I'm just too pessimistic. Should I just wait for a correction? Kya pata kab a
