Anantapura — I'm honestly so confused about the prices here. Builders like Prestige Group and Sobha are quoting 1.5 Cr+ for a 3BHK, saying it's all because of Namma Metro Phase 3 and the Peripheral Ring Road connecting soon. But the actual work on the ground feels so slow, yaar. Are these price jumps even justified right now? My parents keep saying it's too much for the current connectivity. Should I wait, or is this the 'affordable' window before it gets worse? Has anyone else felt this way about infra promises?
