Bengaluru negotiation and payment plans: Am I missing something?
Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices in Sarjapur, but I'm finally fed up of renting. Everyone talks about negotiation, but I'm calling BS on that in Bengaluru. Builders like Siri Malle Infra Developers seem to have fixed rates. How much can you *actually* knock off a 3BHK around ₹1.5 Cr? I'm looking at construction-linked plans, thinking it's smarter than a huge down payment to keep cash flow. Is that even wise, or just delaying the inevitable higher EMI? Disagree? Tell me why.

Bhai, negotiation is definitely possible, but depends on the
Totally feel you, OP! Sarjapur prices are insane now, earlier I thought I'd get a villa for this budget. Negotiation is a myth, I swear. Every builder I talk to gives a 'final' price. Is it just us first-time buyers getting fleeced or is this the new normal in Bengaluru? What about other localities like Aavalahalli, same story there?
Totally agree with you. Negotiation is a joke. Builders know the demand is high, so they don't budge. It's a seller's market right now, especially for good projects near tech parks. We're just pawns in their game.
Haan bhai, Aavalahalli mein bhi same haal hai. Prices are just crazy now, nothing seems affordable anymore for a decent 3BHK.
