Bengaluru mein property negotiation ek myth hai, change my mind. Fed up of renting, I'm looking at Jigani. Allegro mahabaleshwara ventures llp projects, but builder quotes seem fixed. Kitna realistically negotiate kar sakte hain? Yaar, hidden costs bhi toh hain.

Bhai, negotiation Bangalore mein toh sapna hai. Especially Jigani jaise fast-developing areas mein. Builders price kam karte hi nahi. It's frustrating!
