Bengaluru parking and security are investor headaches
Honestly, I'm struggling with this upgrade decision. Currently in a 2BHK, thinking of a 3BHK or villa for better rental yield. I've been looking at places like Shriram Smrithi, achha laga, but kuch doubts hain. Parking allocation ko lekar thoda tension hai. Is it usually a lottery system, ya reserved spots milte hain? Tenants ko parking issue hua toh long-term rental value pe impact hoga. Aur security systems ka kya scene hai? CCTVs sirf show ke liye hain ya actual effective hain? Visitor management kaisa hota hai? Investor perspective se, ye sab cheezein really matter karti hain for tenant attraction and resale. Is the premium for these amenities justified? Ya bas builder marketing hai? Already have a home loan, so har paisa count karta hai. Any real experiences with these aspects?

Shriram Smrithi ki baat karein toh, they have 1280 units, so imagine the parking chaos! My friend visited the site in Akshayanagar, and he said the parking for visitors looked very limited. For residents, it's mostly basement parking, but the allocation is still a bit hazy. Unko bhi rental yield ka tension tha
