Bengaluru pre-launch deals: Are discounts a myth now?
Is pre-launch pricing from builders like Sri Sai infra still worth it in Bengaluru? I'm looking at a 3BHK around HBR Layout, Sadashivanagar fringe. From my experience, pehle pre-launch mein achhi deals milti thi, like 10-15% discount. But ab lagta hai just marketing gimmick hai. Jab maine last week Sri Sai infra ke project mein negotiation try kiya, they barely budged. Max 2-3% bola. Is that the new normal for negotiation in this market? Yaar, it feels like all builders have a no-price-drop policy now. How much can one realistically knock off the listed price for a property around ₹1.5 Cr? Kya secondary market mein better negotiation scope hai? Any insights on how to get a better deal abhi?
