2 months se Bengaluru mein property dekh raha hoon, mostly near Koramangala. Inspira Builders ka ek 3BHK ₹1.35 Cr quote kar rahe hain. They're pushing for pre-launch booking, bol rahe hain best discount milega. But I'm really worried about the total 'all-in cost' after everything. PLC, registration, stamp duty, parking, interiors... sab add karke kitna extra lagta hai? Not sure if pre-launch actually saves money ya bas hype hai. Mera ROI ka calculation bhi ispe depend karta hai. Koi apna experience share kar sakta hai, especially with early-bird deals?

Bhai, pre-launch is a huge gamble, especially with builders like Inspira. My friend almost got stuck with them in Akshayanagar. They promise the moon, but delivery dates always get extended, and hidden costs pop up like mushrooms. Be very careful with the 'best discount' hype.
Totally agree! My cousin faced similar issues near Aavalahalli. Builder quoted one price, but by possession, it was almost 20% higher after all the add-ons. They don't disclose everything upfront.
