Okay I'll be honest — I thought my industry knowledge would save me, but Bangalore real estate is something else. Electronic City Phase II mein Alpine Builders ka project dekh raha hoon, 2BHK ₹90L bol rahe hain. Broker bolta hai spot discount hai, but I'm not sure if it's real ya just a tactic. Kya price correction possible hai yahan, ya yeh prices fix hain? Any actual spot discounts you guys got?
