Bengaluru project amenities are mostly just brochure bait.

Upgrading from my 2BHK, eyeing Purva Park Hill. Do promised amenities like clubhouses actually get delivered and used daily? Or are they just brochure bait? My current building's maintenance vs. service is a joke.

Bhai, this is exactly what I'm worried about! Purva Park Hill sounds great on paper but will the clubhouse and gym actually be well-maintained? My last builder just built it and forgot it.

Totally agree. I live near Aavalahalli and a project there promised a swimming pool and sports court. It's been 3 years, possession ho gayi, but the pool is still 'under construction' and the court is just a patch of mud. Builders bas sapne bechte hain.
