Bengaluru project quality issues are just accepted risks for investors.
Visited Brigade 7 Gardens last weekend. Honestly, I'm worried about construction quality and amenities affecting investment. Builders promise a lot, but what about cracks and seepage after a year? Does poor quality really hit resale value and tenant attraction? Are these fancy amenities just fluff, hiking prices and maintenance without real ROI?

Yaar, this post really hit home. I've been eyeing Brigade 7 Gardens too, especially since it's in that ₹40 L – ₹2.1 Cr range which feels doable for a first home. But the construction quality part is my biggest fear. Builders promise the moon, but then you hear stories of cracks within a year. Does anyone know if the RERA number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/171021/000508 actually helps if quality issues pop up post-possession? I'm so confused, don't want to invest and then regret it.
Haan bhai, exactly! Woh fancy
