But I'm really worried about the actual daily stuff. Power backup ka kya scene hai wahan? They say full flat backup, but is it really? Or just common areas aur lift ke liye, jaise baaki jagah hota hai? Also, water supply ka kya haal hai? Bengaluru mein tanker dependency bahut suni hai, especially in new projects. Is Prestige City reliable, ya phir har dusre din tanker mangwana padega? Aur lifts ki quality, maintenance response time kaisa hai? Kabhi stuck hone ka issue aaya hai kya? EMI vs rent math abhi bhi chal raha hai mind mein, but these practical things are crucial. Koi owners hain yahan se jo apna experience share kar sakte hain? Need to be sure.

Bhai, power backup ka scene toh har new project mein hi dodgy hota hai. Prestige City mein bhi they'll promise full backup, but most likely it'll be limited to common areas and a few points inside the flat. For full flat backup, they usually charge extra or it's just not available. You really need to get it in writing, clear terms and conditions.
