Bengaluru property: Can we actually negotiate?

Negotiation works in Bengaluru, builders just pretend. I'm fed up renting Thanisandra Main Road. Allegro Ventures se baat chal rahi hai. Can I really negotiate ₹1.2Cr 2BHK down? What's the *actual* all-in cost, including PLC? Change my mind.

Totally agree, builders make it sound impossible but it's not always true. Especially if they have inventory piling up. Thanisandra Main Road mein toh demand high hai, but always worth a try. ₹1.2Cr for a 2BHK is steep, is it a premium project?
