Visited Prestige and Sobha projects last weekend, mostly in Whitefield and Sarjapur. As someone jo real estate mein hoon, I know the game, but buying for myself feels different. My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr for a 3BHK. Builders are pushing hard on future appreciation due to Metro Phase 3 and PRR coming up. Honestly, for how long should one actually hold a property in Bengaluru before selling for maximum gain? Kya lagta hai, is 5 years enough, ya 7-10 years is better for a really good ROI? I'm looking at places near Devanahalli also, thinking about airport road impact. Will those areas peak sooner or later? Curious to hear real experiences, not just builder pitch. What's the sweet spot for exit?
