My landlord just increased rent again, yaar. Fed up of renting, seriously considering buying a 3BHK in Whitefield. Prestige ya Godrej ke projects dekh raha hoon, around ₹1.3 Cr. I'm confused. Is Bengaluru still a good investment for 2026-27 or has it peaked? Kya lagta hai, abhi khareed loon ya wait karoon?

Haan bhai, same experience! Rent hikes are insane. Whitefield mein 1.3 Cr for 3BHK is standard now, I think. Par peaked hai ya nahi, yehi confusion hai.
