Trying to figure out Bengaluru property is a headache with these crazy price gaps. I'm so fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. Looking at completed projects MC Fortune (1.7 Cr+) and SM Platina (42L+). MC Fortune feels like a stretch. Will SM Platina give decent 5-year appreciation or rental potential? Is the lower price a red flag for future returns?

SM Platina ka price itna low hai na, I'd be super cautious. Iska location bhi dekho, kahin outskirt mein na ho jahan connectivity future mein bhi issue rahe. Appreciation tabhi aata hai jab infrastructure develop ho.
I made a similar mistake with a budget project near Aavalahalli a few years back. Price was great, but then roads never got properly built, water issues started, and now reselling is a nightmare. The lower price for SM Platina *could* be a red flag for long-term returns if the basic infrastructure isn't solid. Don't just look at the
Exactly! SM Platina kaunsi specific area mein hai? Kya nearby amenities hain, like schools ya hospitals? Yeh sab check karna padega for rental potential.
Haan bhai, location is everything. Agar commute badh gaya toh kya fayda.
Totally get you! Bengaluru prices are insane. MC Fortune sounds like a dream but a very expensive one. SM Platina ka price toh theek hai, but wahi doubt aata hai quality pe.
