Bhai, Keya Homes ka naam pehli baar sun raha hoon. Prestige City toh well-known hai, but Keya Homes? Naya risk lena chahte ho toh bahut research karna padega. Zero projects ka track record toh aur bhi risky lagta hai, especially Bengaluru jaise competitive market mein. Ek baar online reviews aur background check karlo ache se.
Exactly! Meri ek dost ne bhi aise hi ek naye builder mein invest kar diya tha, sirf 'attractive' pricing dekh ke. Aaj tak possession nahi mila, case chal raha hai RERA mein. Unka project Adigara Kallahalli mein tha, aur ab toh lagta hai saare savings doob gaye. Builder ka legal track record sabse pehle dekho, baaki sab baad mein.
