Visited Ramanashree California Gardens Layout last Sunday. 3BHK prices around ₹1.6 Cr. I'm looking at total cost, not just base price. Builders like TRU Dwellings often push 'pre-launch offers' and 'spot discounts'. Kya Bengaluru mein sahi mein negotiation works? Kitna percentage realistically knock off kar sakte hain? All-in cost ka breakdown. Stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, interiors – yeh sab add karke kitna extra lagta hai? Is pre-launch pricing a real discount, ya sirf marketing hai? Especially in Sarjapur Road or Whitefield. Any investor experiences on maximising deal value? What's your honest opinion?

Bhai, ye pre-launch offers na, 90% times sirf marketing gimmick hota hai. Builders bas hype create karte hain to get early bookings. Ramanashree California Gardens mein bhi same scene hoga. Negotiation pe toh max 2-3% hi milta hai, woh bhi agar aap cash buyer ho ya quick deal kar rahe ho. TRU Dwellings ka track record bhi check kar lena, sometimes they delay projects a lot. Sarjapur Road mein toh prices already inflated hain.
