I'm looking at my first property in Bannerughatta, specifically some projects by SJR Prime. Honestly, I thought the property price was the main thing, but ab samajh aa raha hai ki bohot kuch aur bhi hai. Jaise stamp duty, registration, GST... iska total kitna ban jaata hai usually? My budget is around ₹78L for a 2BHK. And then interiors, furniture, society maintenance setup fees... yeh sab budget mein kaise factor karte hain? Not sure if I'm missing anything else big. Also, SJR Prime ke under-construction projects mein delivery risk kitna hota hai? Log bolte hain delay common hai, but how do you actually check a builder's track record for timely delivery? Any experiences with SJR Prime in Bannerughatta?

Yaar, you hit the nail on the head! Main bhi soch raha tha ki bas property price hi sab hai. Lekin jab calculations start kiye, toh pata chala ki 15-20% toh upar se lag hi jaata hai. Stamp duty, registration, GST... yeh sab milake ₹78L pe toh 10-15L aur pakad ke chalo. Mera bhi same budget hai, aur ab toh darr lag raha hai.
