Visited kuch Prestige Group projects on Sarjapur Road last weekend. Thinking of a 2BHK, budget around ₹1.2 Cr. My parents bol rahe it's a good time to buy. But I'm honestly not sure about holding period. Kya lagta hai, for maximum gain, kitne saal hold karna chahiye Bengaluru property?
