Visited Vrise Constructions Llp near Annaiah Reddy Layout on Saturday. Honestly, the sales team acted like prices are non-negotiable. I'm trying to downsize, kids have moved out, so I want a manageable 2BHK. Everyone talks about negotiation in Bengaluru, but I'm starting to think it's just a myth. Are pre-launch offers even real discounts or just marketing? Should I trust a broker for a better deal or go direct? Change my mind.
