Bengaluru property prices: Correction coming?

Is this current Bengaluru market surge sustainable till 2026? Budigere Cross mein prices kaafi upar chale gaye hain, yaar. Mujhe lagta hai ek correction due hai, especially for some 2BHKs. Namma Metro and PRR delays ke baad bhi appreciation seems over-inflated. Kahan prices sabse zyada inflated lagte hain aapko?

Yaar, Budigere Cross toh pakka bubble lag raha hai. Maine bhi dekha tha 2 saal pehle, ab prices dekh ke lagta hai miss kar diya ya shayad bach gaya. Especially those 2BHKs near NH7, they've shot up like crazy. Namma Metro extension ka benefit abhi tak aaya nahi, aur prices already discount kar chuke hain future growth ko. Correction toh aana hi chahiye, warna first-time buyers ka kya hoga?
