Bengaluru property prices make zero sense for families

Bellandur area keeps coming up for us, but honestly, rent vs buy ka math samajh nahi aa raha. We need a 3BHK for the kids, my wife's main priority is a safe neighborhood aur school connectivity. Builders like Keya Homes ya Prestige ke projects dekh rahe hain, but prices are like ₹1.8 Cr minimum for a decent 3BHK. EMI itni high ho jayegi, lagta hai rent pe hi rehna better hai. Namma Metro expansion se kuch impact hoga kya, ya traffic ka haal waisa hi rahega? Kya lagta hai, is it worth buying now?
