₹1.5 crore budget, 6 months se Bengaluru mein investment property dekh raha hoon. I'm based in Dubai, so site visits mushkil hai yaar. Kafi builders dekhe like Prestige, Sobha, but abhi bhi confusion hai. Kundalahalli area mein kuch projects mile, not sure if sahi hai. Namma Metro Phase 2/3 expansion aur Airport T2 ka impact kitna hoga? Kaunse areas mein abhi bhi acchi deals mil sakti hai, before prices jump more? Sarjapur ya Whitefield mein kya lagta hai for future appreciation? Need reliable property manager contacts too.

Bhai, your dilemma is super relatable. Dubai se manage karna is tough, especially with a 1.5 Cr budget. Prestige and Sobha are good, but their prices in prime areas are already sky-high. Kundalahalli is okay, but check the water situation there properly. Metro ka impact toh hoga, but kitna, nobody knows for sure.
