₹1.5 crore for a 3BHK near ORR North? That's just the starting point, right? I'm so fed up of renting, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Looking at an ATZ PROPERTIES project. They quote a price, but then there's stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, and then interiors ka kharcha. Builders ka yeh all-in cost breakdown kabhi clear nahi hota. Is pre-launch pricing really a discount ya just an illusion? What hidden costs usually pop up right before possession? Thinking about total acquisition cost for investment, not just base price.
