Bengaluru property's hidden costs are a complete joke
Why does no one talk about the actual *all-in cost* of a flat in Bengaluru? Builders like Bren Corporation on Thanisandra Main Road quote one price, but yaar, the final bill is something else entirely. Just got possession of my 2BHK last month, and the extra charges were insane. Stamp duty, registration, parking, PLC, interiors... it all adds up so fast. Pre-launch deals are such a joke, I swear. Thought I got a good discount, but then they hit you with the super area trap. My carpet area feels tiny compared to what was promised. How much *actual* difference is there usually? Should I have waited for ready-to-move? Is there any way to truly calculate this stuff beforehand? Or is it always a surprise party for your wallet? Change my mind if you think otherwise.
