I know developers play games with the final price. Looking at Ambika Developers in Chansandra for a 2BHK. Beyond the base price, what are the *actual* all-in costs? Stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, interiors – what's the real percentage I should add? People always underestimate this, right?

Totally relate! Ambika Developers ka toh pata nahi but every builder adds so much beyond the base price. I'm also looking for a 2BHK in a similar budget range, and this whole 'final cost' thing is so frustrating. What's the best way to get a clear picture of *all* costs upfront, without any surprises later?
Haan yaar, they show one price, final bill kuch aur hota hai. Biggest headache for first-time buyers like us.
