Bengaluru rent hikes are just pure greed, not demand.

Whitefield rents — it's gotten crazy. My tenant just renewed 25% up. I work in RE, but this seems unsustainable. Landlord log bas mauka dekh rahe hain? Will this stabilise, ya fir aur badhega?

Yaar, I completely agree with the original post. Whitefield mein toh haalat kharab hai. Mera flat bhi hai wahan, tenant ka contract renew hone wala tha, 20% increase maang raha hai. Matlab kya chal raha hai? Pehle hi EMI itni high hai, upar se yeh. Samajh nahi aa raha kaise manage karein. Lagta hai log bas mauka dekh rahe hain.
