Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices. Kids moved out, so we're downsizing, but Whitefield mein rent itna badh gaya hai. 2BHK ke liye 40k+? Matlab, 30-40% upar hai. Will this ever stabilise, ya aise hi chalta rahega?

Absolutely. 40k for a 2BHK is wild. I saw a place in Marathahalli for 35k and it was so basic.
