Moved into my 2BHK near Bannerghatta last month. SLV Projects ne 4% rental yield bola tha. After maintenance, tax, it's barely 2.5%. Is this normal in Bengaluru? Advertised yields bas marketing hai kya? Has anyone actually seen 4% ROI on their 2BHK in Whitefield or Sarjapur?

Totally agree with you! Builders show such rosy pictures. I was looking at a property in Akshayanagar and they were quoting 5%
