Bengaluru site visits are mostly smoke and mirrors

Prithvi Layout — been checking out projects there, like VRL Constructions. Site visits feel so overwhelming. What are the key things I *must* check for that builders won't volunteer? Beyond the glossy brochures, what are the red flags on site? Also, how much extra should I really budget for stamp duty, registration, and interiors? Is 15% enough for Bengaluru?

Totally feel you on the overwhelming part! Prithvi Layout mein VRL Constructions ka naam suna hai, but site visits are a whole different ball game. Builders toh sirf good good dikhate hain. Mujhe bhi confusion hai ki kya check karein. Especially with the budget, 15% for stamp duty, registration, and interiors in Bengaluru sounds super tight, no? I heard prices are crazy here.

Haan bhai, same experience. VRL ka brochure bahut glossy hota hai, but ground reality alag hi hoti hai. 1
