Kumaraswamy Layout keeps coming up, but prices feel so inflated there. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different, yaar. Bengaluru mein kahan pe actual value hai? I'm eyeing a 2BHK, budget around ₹1.2 Cr. Should I wait for a price correction in some zones, ya spot discount pe focus karun? NVT QualityLifeStyle projects mein negotiation scope kya hota hai? Off the record, kaunse areas mein abhi bhi real value mil sakti hai without waiting too long?

Totally agree, bhai! Kumaraswamy Layout ka naam sunte hi budget hil jaata hai. I'm also looking for a 2BHK around 1.2 Cr and it feels impossible to find something decent without compromising too much. Is waiting for a correction even a realistic option in Bengaluru?
Waiting is a gamble, yaar. Market doesn't seem to cool down much here, especially for decent projects.
