Bengaluru upgrades: Are we paying for ghost quality?
Is it just me, or Bangalore mein builders ki construction quality bas brochure tak limited hai? Currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK/villa. Casagrand Zaiden jaise projects dekh raha hoon. But yaar, after a year, seepage, fitting issues, cracks sab common hain. How does this even make sense for resale value? My biggest worry is ki tenant ko bhi issues aayenge, fir maintenance headache alag. Everyone glorifies fancy clubhouses, par nobody talks about actual usage ya maintenance. Is a lavish clubhouse really a deal-breaker for tenants, ya bas show-off hai? High maintenance charges... are they giving value for money? Often, it feels like we're paying premium for ghost facilities. Change my mind, because I'm not sure if this premium is justified for an investor.

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! I was looking at Casagrand Zaiden too, but their general reviews for other projects make me so nervous. The construction quality just seems to be a paper tiger, all show and no substance.
