Bestech City 2 ke hidden charges are just ridiculous

Bestech City 2 ki possession mein bahut hidden charges nikle, I'm still annoyed. OC ke time EMI bhi start ho gayi thi, not sure if that's normal. Suncity Vatsal Valley mein kaisa experience raha logon ka? Delivery time pe hui kya, aur koi surprise costs thi?
