Bestech City 2's promised lifestyle feels a bit overhyped to me, honestly. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 50, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there but the price jump is huge. Is it genuinely good for daily living, or just looks good on brochures? I'm worried about the actual community vibe, yaar. Are the schools and markets truly close by, not just 'nearby' on a map? And with my existing home loan, I need to know if the total cost, including maintenance, is justified for the daily experience.

Totally agree! I also felt the same. Brochure mein sab kuch perfect lagta hai, but ground reality kuch aur hi hoti hai. Price toh itna high hai ki samajh nahi aata justified kaise hai.
Exactly! And the maintenance charges they quote later, woh toh alag headache. Mera dost ne Airport Road ke paas ek project liya tha, same issue waha bhi tha. Initial cost ke upar bahut extra kharcha aata hai. Kya Bestech ka track record maintenance ke mamle mein theek hai?
