Bestech Park View Ananda: Maintenance deposit mein itna difference kyun?

Visited Bestech Park View Ananda last week, looking to downsize. Honestly, the maintenance deposit they're asking for now is shocking. It's much higher than indicated earlier. Is this normal for Bestech projects? Concerned about these post-possession charges. Have others faced similar surprises in Gurugram?
