Did a site visit to Bestech Park View Ananda last week, and honestly, I'm not convinced. Everyone talks about Bestech's legacy, but I saw some finishing issues that looked pretty basic. My parents keep saying builder ka track record dekho, but are their newer projects like Ananda really delivering on quality? Plus, I'm hearing mixed reviews about their post-possession maintenance charges and actual delivery timelines. Is it just me, ya phir Bestech's quality isn't what it used to be? Change my mind.

Yaar, I'm glad someone finally said it! Bestech ka naam sunke toh lagta tha bahut established builder hai, but I also did my own research for a project near Badshahpur and found something really concerning. On the RERA website, Bestech India Pvt Ltd shows 'Total projects: 0'. Zero projects! How can they have a 'legacy' if RERA says they haven't completed any? Parents toh bolte hain bas naam dekho, but numbers toh kuch aur hi bol rahe hain. This is making me super nervous about their claims and track record.
