Did a site visit to Beta II last monsoon. Honestly, the waterlogging was shocking. I'm in a 2BHK, considering a 3BHK upgrade here. Roads were literally rivers. Is the price jump worth this headache? What do residents do?

Haan bhai, same problem every monsoon. It's a nightmare there. My friend lives in Beta II and he curses the builder every single year for the waterlogging. Upgrading to a 3BHK there sounds like upgrading to a bigger headache.
Exactly! Mera dost Alpha I Greater Noida mein rehta hai, usne bhi yahi bataya tha. Builders show fancy brochures but ground reality is totally different after a heavy rain. It's a common issue.
