Kids ke schools ki connectivity, nearby markets aur hospitals – yeh sab kitna accessible hai? Sometimes lagta hai thoda isolated hai. Society ka overall vibe bhi abhi tak samajh nahi aaya. Kya yahan community friendly hai ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Jo log already reh rahe hain, unka first-hand experience kya hai? Is it genuinely a good home for families, ya sirf amenities dikhawa hain?

Okay I'll be honest — I'm fed up of renting in Mohali. Finally taking the plunge! Mohali mein GC Ultra Luxurious Floors (completed) aur Betterchoice Vanya City (ongoing) mein confused hoon. GC Ultra mein possession risk zero hai. Par Vanya City ka 5-year appreciation potential better hoga kya, after total cost of ownership? What's your take?
