₹1.5 lakh tax saving under 80C is common knowledge, but what about other hacks? I'm looking at a 3BHK in Indirapuram, maybe an ATS project. As an RE guy, I know the market, but for my own purchase, I'm thinking long-term. Section 24, 54EC – koi real-world experience hai? How much can one actually save annually on EMI through these? Any other less-talked-about tax benefits for Ghaziabad property owners?

Bhai, tax hacks se zyada acha hai ki pehle property ki valuation aur builder ka track record dekho. Ghaziabad mein bahut builders ne fasaaya
Yaar, 80C toh sabko pata hai. But Section 24 ka kya scene hai? EMI pe kitna interest deduct kar sakte hain? Especially agar loan bada ho toh, Indirapuram mein 3BHK ke liye toh loan bhi bada hi hoga. Koi real experience batao please.
Haan bhai, 2 lakh limit is the main thing. Joint loan mein double ho jaata hai, 4 lakh tak.
Section 24 mein self-occupied ke liye 2 lakh limit hai. Agar rented out hai toh no limit, but net rental income ke against adjust hoga. Interest certificate bank se milta hai. Mera Achchheja mein hai, kafi help karta hai yeh deduction.
