Okay I'll be honest — I work in real estate but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame. I'm looking at Sattva Lake Ridge. My main concern is long-term liveability. How do we really assess elevator quality and maintenance response *before* possession? Is it just about brand, ya phir builder ka track record bhi matter karta hai? Also, children's play areas often look good on paper but end up being unsafe or hardly used. What are the signs of a genuinely usable and well-maintained kids' zone?
